OpenRoad Auto Group adds Mercedes-Benz to list of brands
A new brand has officially joined OpenRoad Auto Group’s ever-growing ranks: Mercedes-Benz. With the acquisition of an existing business south of the Fraser, people have yet another option when looking for a new car, and can expect the same great experience while shopping and getting their future purchases maintained.
“It’s been a long time coming,” said account manager Alex Parsons. “Some key notes about the store: our Mercedes-Benz Surrey (MBS) is ranked as the number one customer satisfaction and performing location in all of Canada, so we have the best service here for getting your vehicles repaired.”
Out of the six Mercedes-Benz retailers in Metro Vancouver, the Surrey location (15508 104 Ave.) first opened nearly twenty years ago on Fraser Highway and is one of only two private dealerships — the rest are corporately owned and operated. As a result, Parsons said choosing to buy from OpenRoad has its benefits.
“We can do things a little bit differently and go the extra mile for a customer, not only in pricing but in service as well. Basically, we can make a customer’s life a little bit easier by having more flexibility,” he said.
The entire model lineup is offered, from AMG G-Class SUVs to the ultra high-end Maybach products that are individually customized for the buyer. MBS is also known as the “supercentre” in the Lower Mainland for the brand’s commercial utility vehicles, with a fast moving inventory of the Sprinter and Metris work vans. In addition, all makes of Certified Preowned vehicles are sold on-site.
Club OpenRoad members will be excited to hear the signature loyalty program is extending to Mercedes-Benz. Points earned through servicing can be used towards the purchase of a new automobile. There’s no fee to join and being part of the club includes other perks such as invites to exclusive launch events, driving clinics and free parking at Grouse Mountain.
