OpenRoad Auto Group wins 2014 WebAward

Thank you, thank you — first and foremost, we’d like to thank you, the fans…

No, OpenRoad Auto Group (ORAG) didn’t win an Oscar, but the company is proud nonetheless to be the recipient of a 2014 WebAward for Outstanding Achievement in Web Development. Presented by the American-based Web Marketing Association, they have been responsible for highlighting the most effective sites and advertising the Internet has to offer since 1997.

ORAG took home the Automobile Standard of Excellence award, competing against thousands of entries from over 40 countries. Independent expert judges evaluated websites — across 96 industries — on design, innovation, content, technology, interactivity, copy writing and ease of use.

“We couldn’t be happier to take home this award,” said OpenRoad Marketing Director Ben Lovie. “Our team has worked hard to ensure shopping for a vehicle is an easy and enjoyable process whether you’re doing it from your computer at home or your mobile device while you’re out and about.”

Other top organizations earning web accolades include AT&T for Best Employment Website, Amazon for Outstanding Website, and Cartoon Network and Nintendo for Game Site Standard of Excellence. To see a full list of winners, visit www.webaward.org.
