“Congratulations OpenRoad Toyota Richmond for achieving top sales for Plug-in Electric Hybrids in the Lower Mainland,” says Dimitri Kotsalis, Vice President of Regional Operations & Area General Manager, OpenRoad Auto Group. “Sales for clean energy eligible vehicles have accelerated in recent years, and it’s a trend that doesn’t show any signs of abetting. It is an honour for OpenRoad to be part of the global movement.”
The New Car Dealers Association of BC (NCDA) has administered the Clean BC Go Electric Vehicle Rebate Program since its inception in 2011. The Green Star Awards recognize New Car Dealer selling the highest number of clean energy eligible vehicles annually across all brands, by provincial region, including the most Improved Dealership (Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, Interior and Northern BC).
Dealerships are awarded in two categories, Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) Sales and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) Sales, across the province.
“There are a lot of choices out there, and we wanted to specifically thank our clients for trusting our team at OpenRoad Toyota Richmond for helping them with their electric vehicle needs,” says Ryan Snel, General Manager of OpenRoad Toyota Richmond.
