Passion Illuminated: Luxury and Artistry Takes Centre Stage

Earlier this month, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Vancouver hosted a glittering evening of luxury, artistry, and craftsmanship with the special unveiling of the Cullinan Series II. Held inside one of The Trove Club’s exclusive automotive storage condominiums in Richmond, guests were treated to Passion Illuminated – an experience featuring a Holt Renfrew runway fashion show, fine dining, bespoke sips, and live music – capturing the essence and spirit of innovation that defines Rolls-Royce.

As guests arrived, they were greeted with a piece of Rolls-Royce history — the Rolls-Royce 20 H.P., or “Twenty,” the first model designed for owners to drive themselves, specially lent to the event by the Rolls-Royce Owners’ Club BC Region.

A beautiful piano performance by Canadian pianist Tilden Webb on a Fazioli piano, presented by Showcase Pianos, kicked off the night, followed by a Holt Renfrew runway fashion show, featuring a variety of designers and seasonal.

Then, it was time for the big unveiling. . During his speech, Dimitri Kotsalis, Senior Vice President of Central Operations at OpenRoad Group and General Manager of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Vancouver, said, “We honoured a century of Rolls-Royce innovation, from the groundbreaking “Twenty” to the next evolution of luxury: the Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II.”

Throughout the evening, Richmond’s Missing Chopsticks curated a selection of canapes made just for the evening, including: a lobster medallion with grilled corn and togarashi mayo, roasted celeriac tart with black truffle, Wagyu beef cubes, and Iberico ham bikini.

Guests had the opportunity to sip on wines by Okanagan’s Phantom Creek Estates, as well as drinks by Eucalyptus Cocktails with Audécious Spirits, including Spirit of Ecstasy (blackcurrant, lemon, subtle lavender, and Audécious Premium Gin), Engineered Elegance (elderflower liqueur, cold-pressed blueberry juice, lemon, egg, sugar, and Audécious Premium Whiskey), and non-alcoholic options, such as the Phantom Lemonade (lavender, butterfly pea flower, and citrus).
