Global Success: OpenRoad Hyundai Richmond Named a 2024 Dealer of the Year
OpenRoad Hyundai Richmond is officially a Hyundai 2024 Dealer of the Year – one of only four Canadian Hyundai dealerships to receive the prestigious recognition and a top 100 globally.

To place among the top four in Canada and also to be the only Western Canadian dealer to make the list speaks volumes to our staff’s dedication each day.”
Last year, Hyundai Motor Company launched its inaugural awards recognition program dedicated to honouring and celebrating the top 100 performing dealers worldwide. More than 5,500 dealers were ranked and reviewed over the course of a full calendar year, from January 1 to December 31, 2023.
Evaluation criteria included sales volume, sales target achievement, market share growth, and service retention.
“To be recognized on a global scale is a big milestone, especially since these are Hyundai’s first awards,” adds Dimitri Kotsalis, Vice President, Regional Operations and Business Development, OpenRoad Group. “Hyundai Richmond’s pursuit of excellence highlights how a well-rounded team effort can deliver amazing results. It’s a celebration of their unwavering commitment to success.”
A special awards ceremony is being organized for a future date, where OpenRoad Hyundai Richmond will be presented with a special Hyundai Dealer of the Year trophy. In addition, Hyundai Richmond is now officially part of Hyundai Motor Company’s Hall of Fame.
